Not a game rule, but once you refuse hiring a knight once it stops until you re-activate it via decision.

This is a cool mod but I have to disable because it's asking me wayyyy too often to hire knights and unfortunately there don't seem to be any game rules for that. I would re-enable in a heartbeat if there was a game rule to disable the mod just for knights.

Jester aptitude should be fixed now.

Thanks for the mod! Everything works on the newest update for the most part. I noticed that the jester position seems to be missing in your 01_cpa_court_positions.txt causing the ui to show "ERROR" when checking for aptitude.

I'm having the same problem as that guy. Every couple months I'll get the popup for court artificer, and it keeps happening no matter which option I pick. It'll just fire the old person and hire the new person, over and over again.

@溯昔言 will roll out changes to artificers and architects with the next update. Funny they made only vassals available for architect job while keeping the 'busy ruling' debuff to aptitude if you choose a vassal.

@Dr. Nolegs combatant gender checks should be already in place everywhere it's relevant. Where did you encounter an issue?

You should probably add weights or even blocks to certain positions depending on the Coutiers Gender, since certain positions are fillable/not fillable on if it has access to shieldmaidens, or it's marital is equal/female only/male only!

however my court officer keeps leaving for many reasons,
I have to click the choose candidate popup again and again,
can you please add an decision to auto choose the first option,so I can enjoy the game with full court positions and less clicks?

Have you assigned someone to position and then freed that position? In my games I used to just hire the most capable of my court manually and then when they die or leave - mod gives me a replacement.

Flag to start hiring the position is set when you assign someone. Knights are the lowest priority hire - they shouldn't show up if there are other positions empty and flagged for hire.

Attached those hire flags to the moment of first employment with mod for sake of keeping it low on menus and more gameplay driven, would be a real chore to first write that thing and then turn on/off every of like 30 positions

same problem as @Victory Forever‘s, only knight option comes out, the other court positions never show their option. Also, Is it possible to make the whole thing triggered by Decision?

I only get the search for knight option which is the one option I do not care about. I want the other court positions filled but there is no such option.
