because I extracted the gma so I could use it on different server without having the mod downloaded on the server, It's hard you gotta do alot of stuff with dropbox and zipfiles. In the end I just ended up removing all other mdl files and it worked

was using the npc models in pac3 instead of the playermodel model, the world has fallen and i have brainrot
