I don't know about beef, but fruit and produce were kept around 36 degrees. Keep your GVW around 79,000 pounds including fuel. Gotta have room for fuel. and 100 poundsd leaway is good too.
This should add a lot of realism to ATS with what most never see that's hauled on the highways. And don't just use 53 footers. 48s were the trailer untill the 53s came out.
I don't know about now but I never saw a 48' 3 axle trailer pulling produce or meat in any state across the country. Nor a 53 footer these days. SCS trailers are way overboard with 3 axels, and a lift axle too, for a reefer or dry van in the US.
Also, would you be branching into dryvan/flatbed/etc cargoes as well? (eventually)
