Btw, I like her design
Regarding permanent companions, I have something on the works for the skill tree.
One thing the pigs are really good at is gathering wood. Not only they chop really fast while you dig up the stumps, but they will easily take down any treeguards that might spawn if the aura is active.
For now, I found her skill set only useful in 1 or 2 times a month when I need help with boss fight. Beside that, spend a quarter of day to feed pigs one by one, and another quarter to gather the meats for the next day is too much for daily needs.
I had just tried her for some hours, correct me if I missed something.
The LMD was honestly nothing but a joke item, a way to show others that money is nothing more than paper outside of it's original enviroment. You can burn it or feed it to beefalos.
The follower aura does not have any hardcoded entities. Anything that the game counts as an active follower of Swire will get the buffs (even merms, spiders or modded mobs). I'm not sure if a beefalo count as followers since their mechanics are unique.
I am planning on fleshing her out more with new mechanics, but I'm waiting for the skill trees to roll out so I can properly rework her and hopefully future proof the mod for the next couple years.
I currently don't have skins planned since that takes considerably more time to do and doesn't have any gameplay benefits, but who knows, I might change my mind.
That way it'd be like the instructor damage buff for attacking things that aren't up close. Micromanagement with okay reward.
But it does require further testing. I'll slap a config file for the aura in the next update.
