Breaking an alliance forged through a marriage will make you divorce the aforementioned person.

Works perfectly, it's exactly what I wanted!

Playing with that new elf mod and Feyswood never allies because I'm a different culture (albeit also an elf). This way I can prevent their destruction and have some cool friends. Thanks!

There's no modifiers on it because the original didn't have them either, it's up to your own sense of fairness.

No, the AI does not use the decision, only players can.
I haven't tested the opinion malus but I think it would, it does count as an alliance.

i dont see the point no modifiers.
so i can just make an alliance with any and everyone.
