@Tchernobill So, the tool I linked does pretty much everything. First I run the text file through the prepper which separates the text into pages no more than 250 characters long, then it removes all quotation marks and replaces them with a ' -- Finally I Take that text and put it in the input.txt for the JournalMaker tool and it creates the lua files and item script files automatically.

OMG, I gave up my project to turn Open books [openlibrary.org] into PZ books because it was too much time consuming just to load Romeo + Juliet. How did you do that ?

11/10, this simple yet effective mod has changed my life for the better, a very good read and highly reflective piece of modern literacy. Highly recommended.
