You forgot to put Isla Duala and CUP Terrains Core in the required items list. And 3den Enhanced is not needed, it doesn't create any dependencies, it's used only for mission editing.

Player's team is stuck in ambient animation, all they do is saying "You are leading us today" or something when player is near and are in player squad, but do not move. Tried disabling ambient anim through console but they constantly go back to it.
