My guess is that actually loading S+ after The Hunted will override the changes made by TH. Also, Hesperonis only drop one OP each regardless of their level. I tried this several times. With significantly reduced creature spawn, there's virtually no other source of OP, aside from the Snail. OP is vital for Ghillie's and to build that TH middle class Nest.
I'm using this game.ini setup, but the harvest quantity for OP on Hesperonis just does not change, other changes work just fine.

I'm setting up loot crates with Beacon(server editor) for OP. If anyone has a better and more "immersive" solution to this issue, please share.
But what info is vital to me, is, do I need the original installed as well, or not?
This mod adds nests and young animals, changes the character's starting values, and the stamina and health regeneration.
Some animals have been changed (behavior), and many other animals are prevented from spawning.
Parents are significantly higher in level, and most animal species can only be tamed or found as young animals or via eggs.
New taming mechanics, no knock-out system.
There are many new resources.
Harvesting is now mostly done via the radial menu, which is much more complicated.
Animals give more meat/goods and, for example, a bronto can no longer be carried home in your pocket quite so easily.
There are really a lot of things that have changed with Hunted.
The mod was created from the The Hunted mod (open source), which was unfortunately abandoned by the creator.
There is a lot of work still to be done on this mod.
Next: the dino spawn points. they are so unlogical in my eyes, and i also have some suggestions for this. Do i dont know anything or just realy basic moding things, i woud love to have a discusion with you, in prive.
Thanks for reading, i will try to share more constant feedback with you, if you are open for it.
I like all your other mods too. :) Part 2/2
