I use the server hosting tools built into the game, the kind that just about everyone else uses that plays the game. If you're using a custom setup then you need to configure it properly. My mod has more than 2,000 users only a handful of whom are complaining. There is nothing wrong with my mod, I know it works because I use it frequently. Don't blame me, look into the variables and check that your server is properly set up. I believe you need sv_consistency set to 0 for some of the cvars to work.

(and maybe learn listen to your comments)

if i had conflicting files it would tell me and none of my mods are flashing red

Check for conflicting addons (and maybe learn to edit your posts).

Pills fill health to 100% but it starts decaying immediately, healthkits fill to 100. If you're not getting that effect the problem is your setup, not my mod.

There's nothing wrong with my addon, I use these on my installation and they work perfectly well. It's not my fault that you can't follow simple instructions, or troubleshoot your game's functionality.

this addon don't work, so i gonna delete this and tell people to remove this addon from Workshop

No, but emulating the single player experience is easy enough. Just host a local server and put a password on it so nobody else can join and let the other 3 players be filled with bots.

I don't know what else to suggest. I've tested the addon on multiple setups and it always shows for me.

Yeah, doesn't work. I deleted all my other addons except this one and it still doesn't work. I even checked the box in the mutations section.

I've tested it on family members computers, and it does work. Read the instructions before trying to use things. It needs activating from the mutation menu, and you need to check your addon lists to make sure nothing else is conflicting with it.

Not sure then, only other thing I can think of is verifying your game cache. I tested this extensively, and I know it works so there's no issue with my addon so unfortunately without knowing anything about your setup I'm not sure what else to offer, sorry.

You cannot change the amount of damage the gun butts do to zombies, it's hardcoded into the game.

Will not affect damage dealt to zombies. Wow, this is the worst mod I ever found xD.
