Well, theres the " Otter Editor " mod there's an option to place primitive peeps on planets. but its completely random what species or what tech level they're at upon spawning them. but hey its better then nothing.
I'm very new to the modding scene of Stellaris so I am very baby and I don't really understand much
I tried researching the tech with the console commands, but the seed ship doesn't appear in the shipyard.

I used the "research_all_technologes 1 100" console command as well then looked through the techs already "researched" and the tech for seed ships wasn't listed. My guess is that, for whatever reason, the files for the seed ship aren't loading, meaning that the tech to create seed ships can't be researched or gained at all.
All other aspects of the mod load and seem to work, but the seed ships don't.

The weapons used by the breed creatures do not have the Space Fauna catagory tag, and hence do not benefit from civics like Cordyceptic Drones.
EDIT:
likely a small oversight given that weapon catagory didn't exist in the previous game version of this mod.
