It'd be great to get an update to this to include all of the new clans and changes presented in Skaven Clans.

@123456evanc All Skaven factions share the same meshes, which means the armor colour is the same for all and sadly only the clours of certain pieces of cloth and fur can be changed.

What you ask for is stuff for is an overhaul mod to individualize armor meshes and textures for each Skaven faction. This hasn't been the goal of my mod here because it's partially already covered by other modders and because it isn't something I'm familiar with anyways.
