update: okay i started work on le mod and i have an issue

my planets are hot even though the star luminosity is low (im doing the alpha centauri equivalent first)

help i dunno how to fix, do i put them farther or something????

You know I might actually make a big solar system. Anyway how did you get the surfaces to work? When I tried making the Kerbol System with the sizes accurate, the surfaces of the planets disappeared when I got close to them.

How did you get the temperatures to be relatively normal??? I've attempted to make a tiny system before but I haven't figured out a way to make it so that the sun isn't obliterating the planets with extreme heat

about the auroras, in my case when i got close to the moon "pruttetore" i didn't even have time to react and alt f4 before my entire computer hardlocked and didnt output any display before i restarted it.

my computer restarted fine tho so i wont press charges but tl:dr turn off auroras man it's not worth it
