Report a translation problem
First, don't override matierals of the $bumpmap inside SFM. You need to go to your workshop files to fix this.
You'll need VTFEdit to do this.
go to your Source Filmmaker Directory by right clicking source filmmaker, manage, and browse local files. Then go to game/workshop/materials/models/403/tadc/gangle then open the file "ribbon.vmt" with VTFEdit. Look for the line "$bumpmap" "models/403/tadc/gangle/n" (including quotations), and delete it. Now the model should display correctly in lighting. Delete the same line in the "tear.vmt" file as well.
