@Psotny Delfinek : Here you go [drive.google.com]
It's compilation of my ATS and ETS2 Camera Mod, so you can use the same .scs archive for the both games
Psotny Delfinek 3 Jul @ 1:24am
Hello, could you send me link for Camera Mod files by themselves? I mean, I try to keep my mods being installed from SCS forum, but your mod obviously isn't there. Cheers
Hitman  [author] 22 Jun @ 7:21pm
@Hidegan : HI.
As it said in the description: «This mod don't restricted by game version, it loads on any of them» . And yes, you need to maintain the correct loading order
Hidegan 22 Jun @ 3:29am
Hey, is this compatible with 1.54? I'm back in game since year and I used this mod before with no issue at all. But for some reason it's no longer working. I didn't change anything than before so I don't understand. Did I need to turn on something? Put it on a certain order in mod list?
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 4:46pm
@abrarbardanwala : And that thing, that you're looking for, it's .dll injectable shaders. TL;DR — it's modifying game engine and graphic rendering. It's low level modifying of the game. At the time when we still, can't upload all ingame logic scripts, model, textures etc in Steam Workshop ('cause restriction of the «SCS Workshop Uploader Tool») :steamsad:
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 4:39pm
@abrarbardanwala : It wasn't, because Steam Workshop allows upload, only specific ingame files. For example, there is great mod « Daniels ETS2 Random Events [forum.scssoft.com]» which enhance all kind "scenarios" on the road in the world. But it never be uploaded in Steam Workshop, 'cause 30% of files simply not allowed to upload in upload software. And only possibly way to use this mod — use the desktop version of it
abrarbardanwala 5 Jun @ 3:52pm
Thanks a lot bro for your help but I can’t use this mod since its not on steam since i play on GeForce now i can only use mods on steam wish this kind of mod would have been available on steam
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 1:51pm
@abrarbardanwala : Probably, here [github.com] is this reshade plugin. And all that you need, it's install reshade itself on ETS2, then install this plugin on your reshade (somehow, idk how, i don't use things like this) and enjoy your fish-eye effect on cam view. I guess....
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 1:45pm
@abrarbardanwala : Here topic from scs forum [forum.scssoft.com] from one user, who talking about that kind reshade, and also mention the "fisheye GoPro style"
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 1:38pm
@abrarbardanwala : As said in comments of this vid you need to install reshade plugin, and use reshade preset «Perfect Perspective (for fisheye lens effect)»

silverchin 5 Jun @ 11:45am
any idea what the values should be? i tried playing around but couldnt find the answer
Hitman  [author] 5 Jun @ 9:40am
@silverchin : Yes. Just edit "behind_rotation_basic.sui" file via any notepad, and try to change these lines:

№5 distance_default: 12.0 // default camera distance (no trailer)
№6 distance_trailer_default: 20.0 // default camera distance (trailer attached)
№18 pivot_offset: (0.0, 1.5, -1.5) // camera pivot point (the center of rotation) offset
silverchin 5 Jun @ 2:27am
can i change .sii file so that the chase camera is in front of the truck?
Hitman  [author] 4 Jun @ 3:54pm
@abrarbardanwala : There is no need to make specific mod for that kind of cam view. Just use ingame seating position settings, and: change the camera FOV; move cam position slightly to the up and forward; and move eye view angle a little bit to the bottom = and that's it

You can open these settings via separate key bind (check your key settings) .
Or simply use Route Advisor pause screen, it's have some clickable buttons with different settings
abrarbardanwala 4 Jun @ 3:45pm
Bro please can you make a mod to set camera like this please check this video https://www.youtube.com/live/FpSS9SI0zmY?si=3kqjG9L734LQhnYO
Hitman  [author] 24 May @ 4:09pm
@silverchin : Just move your mouse/right joystick, or anything else that you use to look around — and move your pov to the right or to the left
silverchin 24 May @ 12:55pm
how do you activate the interior animations like laydown on sleeper bed?
Hitman  [author] 13 May @ 12:25am

kretschmer 12 May @ 8:51am
Oh, thank you so much...I actually think you helped me before...but I confused it with the ATS version - I use both games. I'll check it out, thank you so much! A great mod!
Hitman  [author] 9 May @ 12:05pm
@kretschmer : The "wheel camera" don't touched by this (ets2) mod.
If you confused this mod with the similar for ATS , read this instruction page , and you'll find the answer there
kretschmer 9 May @ 9:01am
Hi Hitman, great mod. I'm just not sure what the function of button 7 is...can I get the "wheel view" back?
Hitman  [author] 12 Apr @ 11:21am
@Kevin11plus : If you check the " List of supported mod trucks " that i left in the description, you may find that this mod supports Volvo FH2022 by Sanax from the very first version
Kevin11plus 11 Apr @ 9:55pm
Can you make it for sanax volvo fh2022 ?
Kevin11plus 9 Apr @ 8:43pm
it's SCS issue.
Hitman  [author] 9 Apr @ 6:11pm
From my experience: Once, i've installed three mods "Brighter headlight", "Brighter reverse lights", and "Brighter traffic AI light". And one time, when i unload mods, loads new one, and change they're sorting — i was get a glitch, ALL light was be bright on 100% and without any transparency. It's been weird 'cause all the mods, don't interacted with each other. But when i re-sort these three — everything was fixed
Hitman  [author] 9 Apr @ 5:59pm
@Kevin11plus And if you want to find what exact causing that "bug", do next steps:
1. Unload ALL your mods from mod manager in game, or create fresh new game profile (second one is recommended)

2. Without any mods, seat in Iveco S-Way truck, and check the dashboard for any type a bugs . If the bug exists = it's an SCS issue. If non bug was found, then go to step three.

3. Enable ONE mod in mod manager, and then go to the game, and check if the "bug" was appear. If it's appear = this mod cause this bud, or conflict with some previous mods. If not, repeat step №3 until you'll find the reason of the bug.
Hitman  [author] 9 Apr @ 5:49pm
@Kevin11plus If you use some dashboards mods, probably some of them have bug. Or few mods of dashboards (or etc) conflict with each other.

«Camera Mod» doesn't affect on anything, except cameras config:
Not the interior, not the light, not the dashboard or something else.
Kevin11plus 8 Apr @ 9:04pm
Iveco sway got some fault light on my dashboard when i turning the camera.Do you know how to fix it ?
Hitman  [author] 6 Mar @ 11:47am
@typesthetalk : It's already done

And yes, the « head_offset: » line it's position of camera in config
First value, it's X — horizontal
Second value, it's Y — height
Third value, it's Z — forward / backward
typesthetalk 6 Mar @ 12:15am
Also, if I want the the camera to be a bit lower, what do I edit? Something to do with "head_offset: (0.533, 2.2, 2.2)" ?
typesthetalk 6 Mar @ 12:05am
Thanks, would it be possible for you to list the file names as they relate the regular names?

"Lean Out" camera = "window_basic.sui"

Like this, but for every one.
Hitman  [author] 17 Feb @ 11:34pm
typesthetalk : Yes it is, "Lean Out" camera = "window_basic.sui" file
typesthetalk 16 Feb @ 1:14pm
Is the Window file in the mod the same as Lean Out? Your mod makes it 100 FOV, but I'd prefer to modify it to 80 so it doesn't feel so speedy but still allows to rotate to check for traffic at stops. Hope that makes sense.

thx, super mod <3
Bibinho9 11 Jan @ 7:40am
Ok, no problem Hitman :steamthumbsup::steamhappy:
Hitman  [author] 11 Jan @ 6:26am
@Bibinho9 : Unfortunately, i can't.
That's kind of indication, requires some surface to display.
And not all that we want, can be displayed where we want it :(

Few years ago, i was trying to add some "new function" to the Rout Advisor.
And i didn't succeed :lunar2020stubbornhorse:

For e.x: MAN TGX 2020 have this indication on dashboard (that's mean, that dashboard has built-in logic to this function) . And we can create that indication in any other truck in game.

But we can't put some info from Route Advisor, into dashboard (e.x. our current cargo weight) 'cause a "logic", for that function doesn't exist in dashboard. This logic exists only in Rout Advisor
Bibinho9 10 Jan @ 1:14pm
Hello. Can you make a Sensor Mod,( if a car is near to you and for you avoid hitting in any cars or trucks)?
Is is very helpful to me. Thanks Hitman:steamhappy:
( I know that the Sensor Mod it requires time. You don´t need to rush):longhaul:
Hitman  [author] 5 Jan @ 10:16am
You welcome :steamthumbsup:
Bibinho9 5 Jan @ 10:13am
I watched it and it helped. Thanks a lot :steamhappy:
Hitman  [author] 5 Jan @ 10:01am
@Bibinho9 : Watch my short vid .
I just move my mouse to the left (or right)
Bibinho9 5 Jan @ 9:35am
No I didn't
Hitman  [author] 5 Jan @ 9:25am
@Bibinho9 : Did you use any other "interior camera" mods? (which can cause a conflict with this mod)
Bibinho9 5 Jan @ 7:15am
Scania Steamline
Hitman  [author] 5 Jan @ 7:10am
@Bibinho9 : In which exact one truck, you are trying to do this?
Bibinho9 4 Jan @ 2:02pm
But I can´t " walk " outside of my truck. Is it supposed to happen?
Hitman  [author] 4 Jan @ 1:57pm
@Bibinho9 : Hey, just continue moving your mouse (point of view) to the left (in left sided steering wheel trucks. For the right one, move POV to the right) . It's work the same way, as "sleeping on sleeper bed"
