This ship is very specific to T0- T1 combat. It's meant to be the cheapest option for a single, overly specific job: "Fighting skrill within your current solar system".

If you want a generalist ship, I would advise you use the Belisarius instead. It takes little xanthium to jump between solar systems and can complete all mission types easily.
