@Horbake are you talking about the campaign map or the battle map?

If it was on the campaign map, I had a look and it turns out that Achilles has different variant mesh definitions on the battle map and the campaign map. I've updated the mod so that he now has his upgraded armour on the campaign map.

If it was on the battle map, do you have any other mods installed that impact Achilles' appearance?

Literally, the appearance of Achilles did not change.

The mod doesn't seem to apply :steamsad:
