Report a translation problem
I really ask you to throw off a video that would help to deal with the development of a mod like this. As I understand it, new variables are being introduced, on which blueprint depends, as well as new functions, but I absolutely do not know how to work with them. Maybe there is some video where there would be examples of how to work with functions/variables. I also don't understand how to put variables in Config.ini at all

Assuming incoming damage is 100, by default the result would be: 100 * (3 + 0.5) = 350.
The result is also done before other in game mitigations, so the end result will not be 350 in almost any case.
@NichonViolent Applied torpor is based on damage done, so yes torpor will increase.
