If you still want to play with mods and you also want the achievements unlocked when you are done with your playthrough, there are multiple mods that do this. You could also use SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) to do this as well. Despite what you think, you will never get banned for achievement manipulation ever. With SAM you could unlock and lock every achievement in every game you have 100 times and you still won't get banned.

The use of any mods on your game save will not let you earn any achievements on your playthrough. Disable mods and reload to a save prior to installing mods if you wish to enable achievements.
