Yeah, sure. Download those files, go to commom\Killing Floor\Movies, and copy "Movie6" five times, then rename those copies as "Movie1", "Movie2", till "Movie5". This way, only the GMod video will appear in the lobby screen.

I don't know if it has a time limit, but I think shorter movies are better because it takes a long time to "bink" them, in other words, to convert them. Anyway, the longest video that I converted has 2'15" time length.
