This mod froze my game (1.2.0)
When I disabled this mod, it works.

I had it too. The beach cutscene freeze. I have the active pause mod too.

Changed values of walking speed (slower) and prone speed (faster), couldn't start a new game - after loading first mission on the beach cutscene just freezes. Maybe it's not compatible with "Active pause" mod?

You can download my mod at Nexus and change to your liking, someone even posted in the comments, how to, because he wanted to make it slower, too.Its not really rocket science to change a few parameters.
Of course you can do this here, too, but then you'd have to extract the hpk to get the files you'd need to edit.

Is it possible to make the Walk-, Crawl- and Creepspeed slower? Because now you can only make it faster.

It only has an effect outside of combat and the opponent's movement speed is not currently changed.

Does this effect the enemy movement speed in tactical? Could you speed up only that part so turns are a bit faster?

What is gamespeed actually? Environment, like npcs moving, rain drops faster, etc?
