@Derpy, yeah im asking myself the same thing, Why can't they spawn naturally or be crafted? Im assuming its a choice from the dev and its up to the player themselves to either add it to the spawntable or their server

Please change anti infantry mines damage from 105 to 125 because no one will die at once step if the player have full equipment
