Played through an entire conquest game with this mod on, I really like what you did!
Unsure if it's intended since I was playing with a mod that adds some of the late war squads from MP
The fallschirmjäger have a normal portrait still
Only real suggestion would be new portraits for stuff like artillerywomen / riflemen, it got confusing sometimes which unit I was using

No no no. It's not about balance. This is a mistake in filling out the inventory.
You have RPG units using anti-tank rifles. In the original, units use RPGs, but in your mod they use anti-tank rifles. I play Dynamic Conquest and there these units use rifles instead of RPGs. For myself, I fixed it.
I was mistaken when I wrote that these units are in late. They lie in mid.
And about the mod to which I referred. Well, I'm a noob in modinga. Therefore, I decided that it was worth referring to this mod, because it contains the original inventory of units.

There is a whole squad with RPGs and faustpatrons. But in your mod, they are with rifles, which makes them useless. Because German anti-tank rifles are very weak.

@Unit_B5 Correct me if I'm wrong but, you want me to change soldier's armaments according to that mod? I'm sorry that i can't. This mod doesn't intend to tweak base game balances yet. However you can edit it on your side very easily. Try to look and edit breed's set file in downloaded mod that overlaps in final. You prob can do it since you already know where to find set files :D

Well overall only in the ussr, we had female snipers medic and pilots but mostly medics and a whole regiment for female enlisted soldiers, therefore this is not fantasy at all.

I saw that mod already but i kinda dislike it, the rigging looks kinda odd, it doesnt fit the other soldiers, the female soldier is much bigger and kinda bulky, the battlefield enhancement mod has female soldiers historical and they look very good unfortunately they dont give out permission to use assets.

I'm pretty sure female soldiers in ww2 isn't priority for devs of game like this because female infantry is mostly fantasy and not everyone's best liking.

Is this adding female soldier or does it turns all soldiers to female ? I think the only nation which used female soldiers as infantry was the soviets and this should be in the vanilla game these damn lazy devs.
