Do you know how to make that all dimplomatic actions would be achieved by paying small amount of money?

'Max payment value' decides max diplomatic weight. I don't know the other part in detail.

Who was the asshole that decided to cap the amount of weight gold can have? It makes zero sense that I can drop a million gold and not even get close to making a deal. It's a million frigging gold pieces!
