@Sir Val von Ra Yeah this mod is a blessing truly. Kinda sad to hear you say you forgot though because I have been struggling to create a similar patch for UWE for the past week to no avail.
There is a link at the bottom of the recruit anyone page that is very confusing to follow for me at least. Any chance you could look into if that was how you did it and give it a try someday?

Surely enough I added the dialogue package on my own and it does not work. Yet when you do the same thing it works. Really odd. My FCS must really hate making patches lol. Thanks for this.
