TFA-VOX mods are super simple without any added functionality. If one pack works so should all the others. The murder sounds not playing and not being able to select the pack might be issues on your end. Also it should work with the radial yes.
After you have your sounds (I prefer to use .ogg instead of .wav for the size) you just need to get them into the tfa-vox lua file -> https://gist.github.com/YuRaNnNzZZ/8411ef8233714784c25b7dafd54104cb#file-tfa_vox_pack_template-lua
Replace the "snd1", "snd2" with path to your sounds like "messiVoices/calouts/incomeGrenade1.ogg" and so on.

Then I use my PC output as an input to audacity. You do that by enabling the "B" under virtual input, that is basically what you hear out of your PC which enables you to use anything you hear from your computer as in input to audacity.
After you've enabled your output as an input, you just makes voicemeeter the default recording device and check that it's set as the recording device in audacity and start recording.
