The issue on nexus is, that they don't allow nested archives, and since there's an archive "full_install.zip" inside the uploaded zip-file, nexus is blocking it. That's because they can't scan the content inside that archive properly.
Downloading it via steam workshop or the steam workshop downloder does something weird. In the %appdata%/Roaming/AirshipGame/steam/ugc [that's the path where steam downloads the mods before starting the game] the file looks like this "MOD-1690328940503-actsACM-kelpy" (fresh after the download). But as soon as I start the game and the new mods are installed on startup, it renames the file to this: "MOD-165832065-A". I believe that's because of the colon in the name of the mod, which may cause problems on Windows, since a colon is not allowed in a filename.
I might be wrong, but so far that's the things that I've noticed.
So 2hou IS anime. 😎 deal with it
Nice save
