sly91 well kinda late to answer you... so, I don't know how it could happen considering that's totally random the chance for the room to be selected to be the place of the boss, so not sure how it could even happen

Love this Boss. Unfortunately, when I pay and use the ferryman from the samael mod, I encounter always this boss in the fragment, and I can't go away until I defeat him: is it possible to make it not spawn in that place?

Yes, I've encountered the boss multiple times already and haven't found a way to not get frozen

Megapples what do you mean with it? the attack that it freezes you and then spins shooting projectiles?
