@sargety10 try placing the mod at the most bottom of your mod list. If it worked, something overwrote some mechanics required for it to function (The good old mod conflict)

ok seems like most turrets from this mod Im not able to control and fire. even when placing new ones on my base

So after some testing Im wondering if this is a feature or not. Iv noticed it with the needlers primarily. So on my rover, if there isnt an enemy in line of sight they refuse to fire when being controlled. Though on my base I can fire them when ever I please. Iv also noticed they refuse to fire from the rover at enemies even when they have los and the base is firing at them. Was this intended or ect. Just looking for information

@darksouls78963. Means that the weapon's firing portion uses ammo box

@darksouls78963. You need to clear a site of the required size for the weapon from unnecessary blocks, half-blocks or panels

@Pina. Ok, you can do that, but such a version of the mod should be available ONLY via a link and not show up in steam workshop searches, and of course there should be a link to the original work in the description of your modified version.

Hi Jeffrey,
I understand WeaponCore (WC) allows for many adjustments, but aspects like fragmentation, mass, and recoil are less flexible or fully customizable. Our server doesn't have the most powerful hardware, so I'm trying to optimize everything as much as possible. Even if the change isn't drastic or immediately noticeable to players, reducing calculations wherever possible significantly benefits our server's performance.
If there's any chance you'd allow me to re-upload it, I'd really appreciate it.

@Pina. Hi, you can change the values of a specific weapon or ammunition by writing the desired values in the WeaponCore configs, this method will save you from having to reload the mod, you only need the id of what you want to change to do this.

@Nalesh.On average, most weapons do more damage than AWE or CA/CA2 weapons of similar size due to better accuracy of projectile velocity and range of fire, as for missiles and torpedoes they are radically stronger but also extremely expensive in terms of resources, capital guns only for ships minimum 300 meters long and above, have an average range of 15-19 km.

Press 'v' to go into third person mode helped me place them. I think zooming out in 3rd person can help, but I'm not too sure.

So we figured out what the issue was with the models not loading, one of my friends had install SE on a full SSD, we had him move his SE install on different SSD and that fixed the issue.

@The Doom Slayer. Honestly, this is the first time I see such an error, and I don't know what could cause it, and you are the first and only person who wrote to me about such an error, since there are no serious problems on my side, try reinstalling/resubscribing to the mod, check the path where it is installed, turn off the antivirus (Extreme measure), try a clean installation of this mod on a dedicated server, perhaps you have already done all this and it did not help you, I do not know yet how to help you.

“Result: k_EResultIOFailure” this is the output I get everytime when I try to install it. Even if I manually add the mod files to the server when it checks to see if it’s installed it throws the same error. I’ve seen a lot of people with a similar error but none so far with the “IOFailure” specifically, so I’m not quite sure what’s causing that.

I just downloaded the mod last night so I cannot speak on if it was happening before the patch. However, this is the only mod that isn’t downloading from steam and throwing this error. I’ve googled a ton for fixes and I haven’t gotten anything to work so far.

This mod refuses to download on my dedicated torch server with an "IO Fail" any idea what's causing this? Works just fine when locally hosted.

@TrickyDickAgain if I recall well you can use (ctrl + mouse wheel) that will push/pull the block closer or further away (the same thing one do when pasting a ship in when in creative)

Ps. if it not ctrl you can try shift or alt .
