Well luckily with Roads to Power we get to pick which child/relative to play as after the character dies, so I can continue to only play medieval lesbians in the meantime XD

I think this mod needs some kind of update; at least in multiplayer, while the decision was on the list, selecting it did nothing for either of us. I was playing as an unlanded adventurer while she was playing a regular ruler. It worked in multiplayer before this new update; don't remember ever having any problems. Just wanted to report it, in case no one else did.

If you don't want the CD to trigger, then you can remove the option that matches your current preference and just leave "I'm content with who I am...". Less options are better IMHO.

@sorayacatfriend, the content option is there so that if anyone changes his mind when they click the decision, the cooldown doesn't get triggered.

hey, maybe you should have it so people don't get separate options for their existing sexuality and the content one?
