This skin is being used in the same way as the L4D1 exclusive model.

No, RNG applies to dead bodies as well. However, the model operates separately from the living one.

Turns out it's not broken. My dumbass just thought this was a reskin for all the normal infected, not just the ones from the swamp

When I go to my addons the name of it is white, so i assume there isn't any overlap. My knowledge of this stuff is very limited so I have no idea what the second thing you said means lol
