Maybe is there a conflict with Endless Growth mod or something else (I don't have so many) ?
It made me find another way : write 1, then put the "." before the 1. You will get 0.1, and will be able to edit any way you want.
Here, you said :

@krzarb it only affects level above 20. For instance if you set it to 0.9, at lv.21 all XP you gain would be 90% the amount as you would gain at lv.20, at lv.22 the number falls to 81%, etc. you need to spend exponential effort to level up, that is.
I have a problem : i can set 0 or 1, nothing else.
Am I supposed to set it another way than by filling the cell in mod options ?
I'm using EndlessGrowth to allow for skills over level 20, if knowing that could help you diagnose the issue at all.
asking as i am getting a bug were my pawns will suddenly be unable to do anything connected to a skill or get spammed with errors that makes the game lag hard till it stops
as the only good thing is it fixes it self over time
the second error is the last error in the list. also to do with pawns.

Exception in Verse.PostLoadIniter.DoAllPostLoadInits: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
I can load earlier saves that didn't have this mod, and the pawn is still there.
honestly if there is some thing I can do to my save to fix it that would be nice to know.
Other then that I love that you keep updating this mod.
Apparently the original "Mad Skillz" mod and the "Vanilla Expanded Skills" Mod don't work together and create this "standing still" bug.
But now my Builder is finally building again!
