1. If you have the problem with my list of mods:

Disable the "quiet game instructor" mod, this mod disables the on-screen help, which some custom maps require, or a prerequisite for official or dedicated servers. Uncheck this mod and try logging in again and tell me. {Note: Please note that many mods in the workshop may be intended for use only on local servers or in solo play}.

2. If the problem is general:

Try activating in options/multiplayer: In-game instructions.

I seem to run into an issue, don't know if you can be of any help. Whenever I load a map on an official server or best available dedicated, it says: server is enforcing consistency for this file: scripts/instructor_lessons.txt
Any idea which one could be causing that? I did put the required set up settings, but it always happens :(
