I see now.

Also i just booted the level again, just to find out there is a Radio playing Las Ketchup's Asereje(The Ketchup Song), and it loops similar to how the songs in CSS maps loops. wasn't expecting someone to use that song in a Gmod map for a radio.

Yakuza Merkitzi, that might be those two cars. They have pretty 'heavy' textures and it seems that I packed all the skin variations for them.

I'm guessing its packed content that makes the map file so big. because it doesn't seem like a map in this size would be about 139MB by default.
