Images Updated. Original Face Image Quality changed, Updated and used.
Voice Files Normalised, Quality increased, Volume decreased (they were too loud).
He is still a bit louder then others but it is because of his character. :)

@Phoenix, this was one of the best outcomes and the closest to the original back then when I created and released him.
After I'm done with everyone will check back to all of them to make them look even more accurate (even the quality of the images from the originals is REALLY bad to work with).

You should really run that portrait trough an AI image editor to make it fit better

Just a sidenote:
His Banter with Biff if you hire Biff after Bull is in your team and not wanting to join if Biff is in your party prior to him, works with my Biff only!
The reason why is because such things are tied to the ID used.

Full voiced now!
If you have 2+ dead mercs or Biff Apscott in your party he won't join.
If you hire Biff after he will stay but will have some "choice words" for Biff (depending on the situation).
He likes Nails though. ;)

Hi and thanks a lot. :) It's A LOT of work but I love bringing everyone back (except of the dead ones with the only exception being Beth that I already released. :) ).
Already updated Bulls images again which I will apply and release him with them soon.
Statics portrait image is already update and prepared along with 16 other mercs I'm preparing at the moment. :) After the mod tools are out I will add the original voices, the dislikes of others towards these mercs (people that dislike them which is not possible to do with the editor right now).
Also thinking of adding all in one pack additionaly for people that want to have them all in one mod instead of having to subscribe to that many.
This way people that want only a few can pick and subscribe to the ones they want while the others can get the full pack.
If the mod tools allow us to do that after the release I will work on the M.E.R.C. Website and add everyone that belongs to M.E.R.C. on their own website. :)
