Suggestion for prisoner uniforms:

It's Grey for prisoners early in their sentence, with those of good behaviour getting to wear their own clothes later on. (So I'd suggest grey for medium sec, and something else for min sec).

Dangerous prisoners have to wear yellow and green boiler suits, the escape list suit (so max and super max sec in this game).
