I've had a minor amount of issues iwth 0, thought I had fixed them all :P I was working on an update that i got kinda backtracked on, Hopefully that will solve it.

There seems to be an issue with typing in the number 0 in the pincode. When I try to type in my code (120FD) it gets bugged. It is fine with FD and it seems to be OK with 0 after that, but if I try to put in any other numbers it becomes (for example when putting in 2): 0002D, and then if I try to add a new number it goes to: 0004D or whatever number I was trying to put in.

I've posted a list of known problem regions with solutions that might solve it. See if that works for you.

ah shame, didn't think vanilla missions would actually load :D, should have disabled them for being available for custom nations.

no i dont have other mod in the playset but i dont have the lions of the north and the domination dlc

Mhh, testing it out myself, there is some problems with missions overlapping from vanilla, but the missions do show up for me.
Are you using other mods? Do you own all DLC's or most of them up to Emperor?

yes i created a new custom nation in russia ( onega province )

Did you create a new custom nation? Not had this problem in my own test runs.
