I checked, everything works with the new update. Maybe you have another mod that breaks it.
I suspect because it adds a vehicle for B41 but isn't yet ready for the vehicle to be added to B42.

The version of the mod for [B42] does not currently use any scripts, the game simply loads the symbols into itself. (Therefore, conflicts with other mods are not possible.)
If you play [B41], there may be a conflict only with mods that use map-related scripts.
I have a number of other mods active so it's possible that some other mod won't place nice with this one, I just don't know which mod it could be.
I have many vehicle mods active along with a number of clothing and item mods but very few map/map symbol mods.
I have zero skill for modding so my apologies that this isn't not a lot of help but maybe this will give someone an idea of where to look for any possible conflict?
We need things to help mark special locations on the map. like.. a locomotive. An airplane. A shopping cart. Fishing pole / hook. Maybe a pitchfork for farm? Things we're coming back later for... A sports car?
I often need to mark where I dropped some bag full o' loot. Some bag symbol would be great.
If you'd like, I could even whip up the icon myself and send it to you - I just don't know if there's anything specific that you'd like for line styles and stuff.
the version for B41 did not change at all, I checked by downloading the B41 and B42 versions from the workshop and everything worked. Need more info

Maybe when multiplayer or a stable version comes out. The build in development might add something else to the interface capabilities.
the your interface is seem beetter than vanilla (it small scrollable menu where hard to find category) Can u make same for b42?
You just need to enable Add More Map Symbols (AMMS) it is the only one now. The new modding structure allows you to create a mod for different versions of the game. In build 42, the developers expanded the game's capabilities by adding tabs, so I used them. In build 41, this was not the case, so we created our own interface. The mod will automatically select the build of the game you are playing. The only difference is in the interface, the essence of the mod remains the same.
Settings: Go to the UI menu "Second Tab" > "Fronts" and increase the font size and restart the game. This will make the UI elements larger.
I am actually blind, and with 2k resolution I can't see icons

I reckon so as well, for the issue is not only unsolved but seems to get more complex as of late.
I would make clear of what I've known from my still-going bizzare testing here: AMMS works with Share Annotations mod in a new mp save and I assume that's normally, but not in my praticular mp server as the main game I'm hosting.
During my long af debugging I found out that if I cleared the map of markers I could respawn normally, that led my suspicion to map symbols relating mods and I nailed the culprit being Share Annotations, disabled it and the respawn is fine.
But then again both mods works with no problem in a new mp save and a new sp save, and then in the earlier days of the current mp save I'm having problems with there weren't any.
There is definitely something else wrong going on but so far no such luck on busting the myth.

Yup, I nailed it: It was Share Annotation mod. I disabled it and the game is fine, so is your mod.
What is still peculiar is that as I recall in the early stage of the mp game both mods seem work fine together, perhaps it's something to do with the sheer numbers of annoations I reckon?
I got a new discovery I happened to stumble on and it's quite important: as it turns out, if i cleared the symbols on my map then the respawn are without issue now.
Considering that AMMS is purely adding in new symbols and does not interfere with anything else, I'm now suspecting that the mod Share Annoations could somehow be the culprit? Because that mod lets you see the markers other players share to you with a piece of paper, and more papers? More symbols. Even tho there are checkboxs for each time others share with you.
I tried both things you mentioned and the outcomes are... bizzare to say the least.
First of all due to some other mods that added new zones like authentic z, run the server with only your mod is not possible.
And putting AMMS lower in priority didn't work neither, and the $hits pz gave me just.. wow. The black screens are still there, but when I host a game again, guess what? I'm not dead! Surprised! And I will be in the position prior to I died. It's like the game didn't realize I died so it put me back in time a bit.
Then I put the AMMS in higher priority instead of lower, then it works. I died, i spawned, twice. It even gave me back the skill points I got from progressive character creation mod.
Finally I saw hope, I restored the save with the backup, get in game and end myself. Boom, still black screen. And my points are gone again.
So at this point I'm certainly at a loss of words, not sure how you'd feel about this
Got it, I will try that a bit later since I'd got some stuffs irl. I will post anything I find after I'm through with the tests.
Since you installed the mod in the middle of the game. If you have (Mod Manager) installed, try putting my mod lower in priority (Put it at the top of the list, if I'm not mistaken) so that other mods have priority over it. Maybe this will help.
The main thing is to make a backup of your save.
I know right? So that was really, really weird and it was booming the crap outta us.
As for the questions: I haven't but I will try running mp with your mod later. And I did not modify your mod in any way, I did use some interface mods tho, but no conflicts that I'm sure of.
And the weird thing is: I tried with a new mp save earlier and it was all fine. I kinda suspect could this be some kind of problem with the game world or smth, because I did add your mod half way through the game.
Strange error. The mod refers to the map file and does not affect the interface or any other game windows, only the map window.
Have you tried running multiplayer only with my mod installed?
Maybe you edited the game files or are there conflicts with some other mods (Interface-related)?
Good mod and it's been utterly useful since installing, yet I had ran into a rather peculiar issue lately: whenever I try to spawn in MP as the host after dying the game will always go black screen, with only chatbox remains, not even right click menu works.
Before the seemingly inevitable black screen, the chatacter creation menu is working fine, the spawn location menu, it's just me unable to spawn that's all.
Sadly there're no logs I can provide, for I'd gone through the console.txt over and over and found nothing related to AMMS, which makes this a complete mystery to me lolol any thoughts?
The mod has been adapted to a resolution of 1366x768. The game developers do not recommend using a resolution lower than 1280x720, although it can be changed by editing the file. Therefore, it will most likely not be possible to correct interface overlap if this happens.
