Does not include sounds, as people like being able to use other custom sounds from the workshop; but I could add the universal sound of OTO pistols in Required items

Should be named "OTO Pistols" instead of Default Pistols, also, because is from the overhauling the originals mod by Rocky.

When dual-wielding pistols, the trigger finger intersects with the trigger guard.
