I'lll try with March Ridge community center and school libraries, i hope to find those magazines there otherwise i don't really know what to do then, not even the generator one was that rare xD
Cause i searched on Rosewood and Doe Valley libraries and nothing found yet
I don't know if there is a spawning conflict with another mod for skill books

the water thing is a visual bug that happens when you dont have a container with 10+ units of water in it. It should still craft

me and my friends got in the part where we have abundant crops to the point they get rotten
in vanilla if u have cooking 6 u can add some spoiled(not rotten) food to meals and be fine
maybe having some [sandbox optional] engine degradation over time due to bad fuel quality.
maybe having some [sandbox optional] fuel quality algorithm depending on cooking time / vegetable source / temperature.
or maybe this is just best kept as is: i.e. awesome.
In my opinion this mod has a future and alot of potential. Dont wasted it dude
