This one is based on the Search and Rescue origins of the game so im not planning a weapon outfit myself.
As for modding this one that would be a challenge as its a very dense build.
Other than some of the roof youd likely have to take out something like the water sprayer to fight both a weapon and its ammo.

Tip: Notice the picture of the Tadpole on the yellow beach going toward the dark cliff with green on top. That is the part on the west side of Hospital Island where you can climb up to drive to the hospital door.
