Also, added a third team colored metal shingle texture to add Red and Blu accents to the weapon overall. Please check it out using this link
this includes touching up the stone and wood according to feedback, and using the new proposed third texture slot to give subtle and fancy team color accents to the weapons. stay tuned.
by the way, considering a version 2 of the war paint with a tertiary, muted flat color, should be out by the end of the week, hopefully it will add some extra contrast to the weapon and increase its favorability once i finish it.
i decided to give it a 'stripe' overlay so it did not look like a flat brown color, and still looked interesting when contrasted with the stone tiles. it makes sense why someone would not like it though since i am inexperienced with building textures from scratch anyway.
This is my first true war paint submission; I had other attempts, but they soon became discarded after I realised they would not go anywhere. Even if the Tower Tiled pattern is simple, I am still proud of my work.
