Oh, i didnt know about that, i'll be sure to add that to all the mod descriptions, or maybe update the filenames myself, it shouldnt pose much of a problem... Thank you CyberFoxx

Oh, and the:
./boron_weapon_additions_vro/assets/fx/weaponFx/
needs to be renamed to:
/boron_weapon_additions_vro/assets/fx/weaponfx/
as well.

For those on Linux and not seeing the new weapons, there is a directory named:
./boron_weapon_additions_vro/assets/props/WeaponSystems/
It needs to be renamed to:
./boron_weapon_additions_vro/assets/props/weaponsystems/
In short, the "WeaponSystems" needs to be changed to an all lowercase "weaponsystems".

The weapons don't show up when trying to equip a thresher for some reason. Even a new one

Ok, I don't see them when trying to upgrade my starting ship, but do see them when buying a new one

The Boron still massively lack anti capital ship weapons.
All weapons are shield focused and thanks to VRO theres no good missiles for the job.

@Crotaro I have no idea what you're saying because both VRO Megalodon and a standalone mod(by Lc4hunter) do not have a maingun, meaning those ships cannot equip new weapons of this mod.

Well, i didnt know that existed. thanks yet again for helping me balance this thing, it does mean quite a lot cuz i lack any VRO experience.

As for the 3rd bug, it seems i have to remove that knock effect from the weapon. thats gonna get removed in the next update then

i've also entered the data of your weapons at the bottom of the VRO data Gdoc if that can help you to compare to other VRO weapons

i've noticed after a bit that the ray bullet seems to apply collision multiple times and it make S and M ship go crazy for the duration of the bullet, if you shoot too many times, they spin around and can't control their ship at all, it look a bit goofy.

@Thal The first bug is an intentional feature, its the same effect that the Thermal Disintegrator uses aka it deals damage over a certain time period and i found out that that effect seems to mess with the AI trying to boost in such a way that they cant boost away for the duration of the effect.
As for the other bug, this is the problem of the model itself (because of which it also exists on the Ion Pulse Railgun) and the only thing i can do about it is change the bullet model the weapon uses

Oh yeah, the Ion Cannon is definitely overpowered if you have 4 of them on a ship since i balanced it on the Ray, which can have only 1 of those. Also i didnt know that a Megalodon exists so im gonna take a look at it real quick. Also also, it shouldnt really be that powerful against hull, maybe i should slightly nerf the hull damage of it.

I only had the opportunity to test the Ion Cannon, but it seems amazing. On my Megalodon battleship, it melts through almost any shield in a couple seconds and is pretty useful for destroying hulls and turrets, too. I would almost say it's a little overpowered, but that is probably just because my only experience with it comes from using the megalodon which can fire four or five of those at the same time.

Hello, after some testing the Ion inhibitor seems to be bugged, the ray stay on the target a couple of second and drain the shield overtime, also if you'r too close to the target the ray go through the target without dealing damage.
