No they should be running at the default 0.500000 speed just like unmodded game, i did a timed test comparing guard using this mod and then unmodded and is about 12 seconds to run 22 tiles with body armor. So maybe is a mod conflict or if a mutator is on?

Are the guards suppose to move like usain bolt in-game? They run like they are competing for the Olympics.
