Should be not usable until Halloween and can only be unlocked on Halloween.

I like your other recent unusuals with the horns and anchor with chains because despite being random objects, they at least look like something that's being made from some mystical light and they end up looking pretty cool. This just looks like you took the book and page pngs and turned their opacity down.
