Just make the emblem on medic team colored (also maybe the black strap but meh it would be fine if not) and this would look slightly better. Still a great cosmetic!

I'm surprised an item hasn't been in the game yet. Perfectly encapsulates the relation between Medic and Engi very well. Great work. Yes from me.

The item doesn't fit the Engineer imo but it's perfect for the Medic, I'd say do it as a Medic only item.

I was gonna say this looks like the Surgeon's Smock but after looking the cosmetic again it really doesnt lol, plus this one looks so much better, I like the cosmetics that change medic's coat without going overboard with, hope to see this in game!!

I love the medic apron, but I think you should add something to engi's like a wrench or other various construction tools on the side of the belt or something
