it would be cooler without the glitch effect

I would like the effect more but it legit hurts my eyes to look at. The effect is amazing otherwise. I just wish the "flashes" were toned down somehow. ;-;

This effect isn't that good. It doesn't really work with anything, and the combination doesn't make sense. Maybe if it were poltergeist with static or something, it would work better.

love the idea but the black won't work imo. try a purple or orange maybe

I'm not too big of a fan of the glitch effect; I think implementing a fade-out fade-in such as Pumpkin moon, or even better, have the clouds cover the face partially such as what the older Scream Fortress effects have done i.e., Misty Skull, Stormy 13th Hour, It's a Secret to Everybody. This will add a wonderful sense of foreboding and utilise the full potential of the effect.

The glitching does not fit into TF2's artstyle at all. Static would be better.
