No effort at all
the lighting surreal asf, its like it was made for daytime overcast but was changed to nighttime last-minute. but i kinda dig the look, dreamy and unreal
there's no garbage and human waste on the streets
no constant toxic smog
no rampant theft and desolation
and no rich celebrity twats whining about not being rich enough
and almost all of them are from the custom decalls of the map (things like: the posters from the theater, all the stars from the cinema and that, some decalls from some houses, etc.)
