No it's not animated. I haven't had the time to learn how to animate in Blender yet because I had a lot going on with university and such. Maybe one day.
That's also the reason why the Pajero mod isn't out yet. I would've loved to finish it back in april but I simply couldn't due to time constraints.

Is this the one?
According to the Mitsubishi website this model is the sixth generation Lancer (on the Wikipedia it says fifth generation for some reason) that originally came out in 1995 not 1997 so that's why I had trouble finding it. Bringing up the GSR certainly helped. I think I can do it when I have the time.

I'm not sure how I can send you a picture. But you can google 97' lancer. Its the generation after the one in this mod. Evo 4,5,6 were in that generation of lancer. It also came in a coupe version dubbed as the "lancer gsr" or the "mirage asti"

Nobody can't made pop up animation right now. They freeze the pop up instead. If you don't understand what I mean check out the rx7 mod in PZ.

Honda Accord gen 3... Is that the one with the pop-up headlights? Because if it is then that requires making animations for the car, which I don't yet know how to do unfortunately.

Yes I'm planning on making more mods! First I'm gonna make the wagon version of the Lancer. After that who knows? Maybe I'll make a Pajero. For now my plan is to make the wagon, then we'll see.

Thank very much for the positive feedback! I'm glad that you like the mod! Unfortunately during testing I realised that the car didn't spawn naturally due to a bug in the lua file. It should be fixed now.
