I like your remastered!
First Patch I found doesn't do its job very well, errors still pop up.
Second patch I found literally the same as the first one, but without "balance"
Third patch Like literally the only one that actually fixes the thing, does not impact spawns in anyway. So far the best patch I found on the workshop.
Standalone spawn rebalance should do the trick, haven't found anything yet but I havent been playing for long time with it.
Thanks for the information, at least I now know I still need the patch for it to work correctly.
I have been using PLL for long and never found anything, it is still spawnable through the menu, so I assume it's just ridiculously rare or the spawning was totally broken on the original.
Anyways, off to try your remaster, I hope this has the problem fixed.
