it works if you are using L4D2 survivor and make sure you don't have any mods that conflict with the voice. The "I need more bullets" sound doesn't occur everytime you reload but rather everytime the survivor says they're "Reloading!". For L4D1 survivor, check the addons made by Gene on "Similar Addon" section.

sorry for leaving this mod behind, i've been working on something that replaces all L4D2 menu background with those AI optical illusion. this update, i added the funny sound for the other 3 survivor. unfortunately, i don't have time for the L4D1 survivor, but you are welcome and have the right to make the L4D1 survivor one. i wanna say thanks again for the 500 likes.
